HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ITEM(S)?
Do you see something you like on my social media or my website you would like to purchase?
No problem at all! Please contact me via email, social media or Whatsapp stating which item(s) you would like, and I can organise it for you.
Payment will be requested via BACS transfer.
I can also let you know if there is a waiting time.
Everything in my shop is hand knitted and crocheted by myself with care and precision, so there may be a little wait for certain items.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE & GARMENT WASHING INFO?
Information on sizes are included on every listing in cm and inches.

I always include wash and care details with each purchase.
DO YOU INCLUDE AN EMBELLISHMENTS OR ATTACHMENTS TO YOUR ITEMS?
The only embellishments or attachments I include on some of my knitted or crocheted items are wooden buttons and pom poms. These will be sewn securely with extra care.
Please do not leave babies or young children unsupervised with my products. My garments are not toys and attachments may be a potential choking hazard.
I always include a warning label with each purchase.
DO YOU DONATE A PERCENTAGE OF PURCHASES TO A CHARITY?
I'm glad you asked! Yes, I donate 10% of each item purchased to The Cats Protection.This will go towards cat food, toys, litter, bedding and vaccinations. At the end of each month, I will either purchase some items to take to my local centre, or pay the donation directly to them.
HOW WILL BE IMAGE(S) BE PACKAGED?
I take great care in how I package my knits and crochet items to ensure they will arrive to you safely.
I like to do my bit for the planet, so all packaging is eco friendly and recyclable.
Your item(s) will be in a glassine envelope, wrapped in tissue paper, and packaged in a box safe for it's journey to you.
I also include:
• Wash & care instructions
• Business and thank you card
• A little Cornish treat!
Everything is packaged very well, so I do not hold any responsibility for any damages, loss or delays due to Royal mail.
DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
I gladly accept exchanges -
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch item back within: 30 days of delivery.
Once the item has been returned to myself safely and with no damages or alterations, I will send you out your new one free of charge. All I ask is that the postage costs are paid for by the customer for the return.

I am afraid I do not accept returns or order cancellations. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
