HOW DO I PURCHASE A READY MADE ITEM(S)?
To order:
1) Please contact me stating which item(s) you would like.

2) Payment will be requested via BACS transfer or Paypal.
3) Once full payment has been received, your item will be posted.

DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?
Yes of course, feel free to get in touch.

Every item is hand knitted or crocheted by myself with care and precision, so please appreciate there may be a little wait on these.

I tend not to take on more than two commissions at once. If I already have a few on the go I will add you to my wait list, and be in touch when I have space.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A COMMISSIONED ITEM(S)?
To order:
1) Please contact me and let me know what you would like.

2) I request a 50% non-refundable fee for commissioned items to be paid via BACS or Paypal. This will be deducted from the overall cost of the blanket once it has been completed.

3) Once the item has been paid for in full, it will be posted.

Blanket sizes are included on every listing in my shop.

DO YOU DONATE A PERCENTAGE OF PURCHASES TO A CHARITY?
I'm glad you asked! Yes, I donate 10% of each item purchased to The Cats Protection.This will go towards cat food, toys, litter, bedding and vaccinations. Every few months, I will either purchase some items to take to my local centre, or pay the donation directly to them.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
I am afraid I do not accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Each item is completely individual due to the yarn being hand dyed, so no blanket will look exactly the same.
If you have ordered a commissioned blanket, I will send a photo of it once completed before postage to ensure you are happy.
